CA212 — Bake Shop
The bakery and pastry shop are responsible for the first and last impression on the diner. Hand-formed artisan breads and spreads, as well as decadent plated desserts. Desert preparation will be based on current menu requirements, along with a featured dessert. Various layered and stacked cakes including decorating techniques will be covered. Prerequisite: CA 135, CA 150, CA 155, CA 166
