(R only) Development of advanced receptive and expressive skills in ASL, including politeness principles in ASL: fluency, tact, generosity, modesty, and solidarity. This course includes intensive work on conversational maxims in ASL: quantity, quality, relation, manner, and appropriateness. Recommended to be taken concurrently with ASLP 205 .
