CMGT275 — Construction Planning and Scheduling
(R only) Credit for Prior Learning Reviews and analyzes requirements and preparation of construction planning and scheduling. Topics include scheduling techniques in resource leveling, equipment allocation, time-cost relationships, and monitoring/controlling work progress. The course incorporates the use of computers in the planning and scheduling process. Two hours lecture, two hours laboratory each week. 3 semester hours Course
