HINM190 — Supervision of Health Information Services

Credit for Prior Learning An introduction to the principles of organization and supervision of human, financial and physical resources. Topics such as problem solving, conflict resolution, leadership, decision-making skills, budget creation and analysis, contract evaluation, team-building techniques, staffing and productivity management, information governance, regulatory/accreditation compliance, and quality management techniques are presented in this course. Two hours lecture, one hour laboratory each week. 3 semester hours Course
