LGST102 — Legal Research
Focuses on the importance of legal research as a valuable skill set for the paralegal professional. This introductory course will explore the elements of an organized approach to legal research, including traditional and electronic sources of research and commonly used research tools to include online research and use of secondary sources to include treatises, annotations, and legislative histories. Three hours lecture/discussion each week. 3 semester hours Course
