LGST106 — Legal Ethics

An exploration of fundamentals in ethics as applied to individuals in public and private settings affecting both personal and public policy judgments and decisions. In addition to the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, this course will focus on the Maryland Attorneys’ Rules of Professional Conduct. Three hours each week. 3 semester hours Course
