LGST200 — Cyber Law

Examine the developing and growing body of laws associated with cyberspace. Students will examine laws governing e-commerce including intellectual property rights laws and discuss issues related to the internet involving contracts, criminal law, torts, constitutional and privacy matters, among others. Three hours lecture/discussion each week. 3 semester hours Course
