PHED171 — Strength Training and Conditioning II

Research-supported techniques and training procedures are applied in the development of strength training and conditioning for sport and physical activity. Programs for absolute strength, speed strength, strength endurance, power, quickness, agility, running speed, jumping ability, anaerobic endurance, and flexibility will be planned and implemented based on personal sport or fitness interests. Two hours each week. 1 semester hour Course
