PHIL140 — Introduction to the Study of Ethics
(HUMD, GEIR, GEEL) Covers contemporary ethical issues in public policy and personal conduct. Topic areas may include bioethics and medicine; inequality and discrimination; justice and punishment; information ethics; environmental ethics; or other areas. Practical issues in these areas will be discussed in relation to ethical theories. Various ethical perspectives will be critically examined. Assessment Level(s): ENGL 101 / ENGL 011 .
