PSYC221 — Introduction to Psychopathology
Provides an introduction to and understanding of behavior disorders and insight into the personality of the disturbed person. Symptoms, contributing factors, treatment, diagnosis, and classification of the mentally ill and the mental defective, as well as the maladjusted person, will be studied. Roles of various members of the mental health team in the prevention, analysis, and rehabilitation of disturbed individuals will be discussed. Three hours each week. 3 semester hours Course
