SURG100 — Introduction Surgical Technology

(TP/SS only) Introduces the foundation, history, and principles related to Surgical Technology including the skills and techniques needed to perform as a surgical technologist in the operating room. Surgical instrumentation and basic principles of aseptic technique for the surgical technologist are included. PRE- or Two hours lecture, four hours laboratory each week. 4 semester hours Course
