ART 205 — ART-205. Survey of Art I. (3 Credits)
A chronological survey of art, from prehistory through the Middle Ages. Included are artistic achievements of the Prehistoric, Ancient Near East, Ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Early Christian, Byzantine, Carolingian, Ottoman Romanesque, Gothic periods, as well as major non-Western art traditions including Islamic, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, the Pre-Columbian Americas, and Africa.
