RAD 226 — RAD-226. Clinical Education I. (3 Credits)
This course provides the students with the opportunity to expand on the principles learned in the classroom to perform CT procedures under the direct supervision of a preceptor/mentor. The American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) requires applicants for the CT Registry examination to document 125 CT competencies in specific categories. Students are provided clinical hours at approved clinical sites to acquire these skills and competencies. Fee is required. (16 contact hours)
