LECT 45 hrs This course provides the student with an opportunity to observe and interact with the fundamentals of police operations. The student is provided with a basis for resolving everyday operational dilemmas from a proactive and reactive perspective. The course emphasizes the need for officers to think critically and to be creative as they interact with citizens in their communities. Prerequisites: CJS-121 .
