FST 201 — FST-201. Fire Service Management. 3 Credits
LECT 45 hrs This course introduces the student to the principles of personnel management through the use of effective leadership techniques. Topics include overview of the fire service as an organization and the officer's role in it, interpersonal communications, personality typing, skill development, leadership techniques, group dynamics and principles of fire company management. Prerequisites: FST-101 or equivalent.
