LECT 45 hrs This course familiarizes the student with the cultural heritage of the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean world, including Egypt, Greece and Rome. By the end of this course, the student should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the most important political, social, economic and cultural developments of the Mediterranean world. This course includes politics, economics, culture and religion.
