PAR 230 — PAR-230. Paramedic Clinical Experience IV. 1 Credit
CLIN 45 hrs This course prepares the student to recognize and manage medical emergencies across the life span. Students will apply the knowledge and skills acquired in prior coursework within the emergency department. Students will have the opportunity to synthesize the knowledge and skills acquired in prior coursework, under the guidance of nurse and physician preceptors. Clinical rotations and skills practice will follow the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration paramedic curriculum and New Jersey regulations for paramedic training (N.J.A.C. 8:41-A).
