PSY 217 — PSY-217. Educational Psychology. 3 Credits

LECT 45 hrs This course introduces the student to psychological theory as it applies to teaching and learning. Topics include learning theory, motivation, tests and measurements, classroom management and teaching students with special needs. Educational Psychology is strongly recommended for students pursuing a career in teaching. Prerequisites: PSY-113 .
