CA 190 — Hospitality Lab Practicum I
This course provides the student an opportunity to apply knowledge and to practice the skills developed during the first semester from introductory courses such as: CA 105, CA 100, CA 120 and CA 200. The student will complete 30 hours of service practice and preparation at The Center for Culinary Arts and selected events chosen by the program coordinator.
