EDUC 101 — Healthy Environment for Young Children
This course is an introduction to the basic requirements and regulations for health, safety and nutrition in early childhood programs serving infants, toddlers, and preschool children. This course is intended to prepare students to follow the practices required of all individuals who participate in early childhood programs.
