EDUC 235 — Early Childhood Adm. & Leader
This course emphasizes the director’s responsibility for administrative and leadership roles in child development and education programs. Business and interpersonal skills will be emphasized. Practical information on directing a program will be covered. Accrediting and licensing an early childhood program, carrying out a program evaluation, and quality improvement strategies will also be addressed.
Prerequisites: ENL 111, EDUC 225
