Topics include jurisprudence, the court system and civil procedure, contracts, quasi-contracts property, torts and crimes, agencies, partnerships, corporations, sales of personal property, commercial papers, bank deposits and collections, documents of title, and secured transactions. Emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code.
