HIT 201 — Health Information Technology II

This lecture class is a continuation of HIT 201 with emphasis on management of health information departments, record completion, record retention, release of information, indexes, and registers. This course also covers regulatory requirements regarding confidentiality, HIPAA, and the electronic health record.
