LAW 255 — Interviewing and Investigation

Study and practice of job duties for paralegals in interviewing and investigation of civil and criminal cases. Material covered includes intitial and follow-up interviewing techniques for clients and witnesses, development of interview materials, and invertigation techniques for civil and criminal cases. This course has an information literacy focus.

Prerequisites: LAW 102, LAS 103, LAW 103
