LAW 260 — Legal Nurse Consulting
To provide nurses with the legal background and skills to provide consulting services (medical records/treatment review) to attorneys, workers’ compensation offices, vocational rehabalitation, Social Security Administration, insurance companies, HMO’s and vaious state and federal agencies. Also, structure of the West Virginia judicial system and ethics (as they apply to nurse paralegal and lawyers) and life care plans.
