TRAN 188 — Basic Rail Track Welding
The basic welding course will familiarize the student with welding safety, terminology, electrode classification, welding processes, welding guidelines, shop guidelines, and welding shop orientation. Additional topics include shielded metal arc welding in the flat position, and the flux-cored welding technique.
