TRAN 274 — Intelligent Transportation Systems Project Management
This course focuses on project management issues associated with the planning, implementation and assessment of technology-intensive transportation projects. Topics include project management principles, project hases, and types of project management tools available. Corridor management, transit management, weather responsive traffic management, in cident and emergency management, and risk management are explored. Examples of sucessful ITS implementations are also presented.
