AG 1124 — INTRODUCTION TO THE ANIMAL SCIENCES

Prerequisite: NONE This survey course deals with meat, milk, eggs, and other animal products, world needs and distribution of farm animals, production and management, quality standards, processing and distribution. Three lecture and two laboratory hours per week. Credit: Four semester hours
