Prerequisite: NONE This course provides up-to-date information on contemporary issues, trends and legislation related to human resource management. The major human resource management processes are covered, including human resource planning, job design, staffing, training and development, motivation, performance appraisal and review, compensation and reward, protection and representation and organization improvement. Historical perspectives on many aspects of human resources management are also discussed. Credit: Three semester hours
