CD 1243 — HEALTH, SAFETY & NUTRITION FOR CHILDREN

Prerequisite: NONE This course is designed to provide the student an understanding of the principles and practices for development of positive health, safety and nutrition practices for children. The laboratory provides opportunity for application of these principles. Two lecture and two laboratory hours per week. Credit: Three semester hours
