ECO 2603 — BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC STATISTICS
Prerequisite: MTH 1513 and BC 2113 This introductory course covers such topics as statistical terminology, averages, dispersion, data display, probability, sampling, tests of hypothesis, and inferences. Throughout the course, the major emphasis will be placed on using statistical methods to solve business problems. As a requirement of this course, each student will complete a major applied research project (MARP). Credit: Three semester hours
