HOR 1013 — PRINCIPLES OF HORTICULTURAL SCIENCE

Prerequisite: NONE This course covers the basic physical and physiological processes responsible for plant dormancy, growth, flowering, fruiting, and senescence with respect to the science and art of production, cultivation, utilizat ion, and/or storage of horticultural plants. Topics will include current research associated with various horticultural commodity groups. Credit: Three semester hours
