NUR 1129 — HEALTH PROMOTION AND THE NURSING PROCESS I
Prerequisite: NUR 1118. This course is designed to introduce the nursing student to respiratory, cardiac, hematology, renal and endocrine content while providing care for individual patients. The nursing student will collaborate with patients through the nursing process to deliver holistic culturally appropriate care. Students will demonstrate accountability and responsibility for their evolving identity as a nurse committed to safe quality care. Credit: Nine semester hours
