VN 2221 — VETERINARY DENTISTRY
Prerequisite: VN1234 Veterinary Medical Nursing I This course is designed to introduce the student to concepts and skills for COHAT (Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment) which will include basic dental anatomy, pathologies and treatment, performing the oral examination and charting, intra oral radiography, manual and ultrasonic scaling, client education and home care, and instruments use and maintenance.
