BUSN 232 - Business and Professional Communication BUSN 232 - Business and Professional Communication 3 Credit Hours This course is designed to the student write clear and concise business letters, memos, reports, and e-mail communications. Students will deliver individual and group presentations. Students will participate in a mock interview. Other topics covered are the communication process, verbal and nonverbal communication, job and employment processes, resumes, and cover letters. Electronic communication is integrated into this course by using the internet, e-mail, library electronic reserves, and presentation software.
