SOCS 245 - Case Management SOCS 245 - Case Management 2 Credit Hours This is a generalist course in case management that prepares the practitioner to provide comprehensive services to clients on micro, mezzo, and macro practice levels. It provides students with the ability to assess a client’s individual needs, provide appropriate referrals as necessary, and learn about agency structures. The course has several goals: to identify necessary information about clients, to learn how to gather information, to learn quality in report writing and other types of documentation, to learn how to review and interpret reports from other professionals, to use information to assess client status, and to work with clients and colleagues to meet the goals and
