ADN - 103 Nursing II ADN - 103 Nursing II (10 s.h.) Nursing II (ADN-103) utilizes the nursing process with emphasis on planning in meeting client needs related to health promotion, health maintenance, and mobility throughout the life span. Psychosocial and physiological integrity, health promotion/maintenance, and a safe, effective care environment are integral considerations in the progressive development of the student’s knowledge and skills. Clinical experiences include opportunities to apply nursing roles and the nursing process in maternal-newborn, pediatrics, medical-surgical, and community settings.
