BUS - 162 Workplace Professionalism BUS - 162 Workplace Professionalism (3 s.h.) Workplace Professionalism is a course designed to provide students with skills for success on the job and the tools for obtaining and maintaining employment. This course will also teach students how to communicate in a professional manner, maturely deal with conflict, behave in a fair and ethical manner, be accountable to team members, and develop leadership skills. In addition, students will learn about expectations related to appropriate use of technology, suitable workplace attire, proper business etiquette, and other self management techniques.
