ELT - 115 Electronic Concepts ELT - 115 Electronic Concepts (3 s.h.) Electronic Concepts is an introductory survey of electricity and electronics suitable for students interested in pursuing a career in such technical fields as electronics, automotive, HVAC, and other fields that require knowledge of basic electrical/electronic concepts. Topics include safety, shop and lab practices, motors and controls, direct and alternating current, and semiconductor and digital electronics. Course work consists of problem solving, computer-assisted instruction, computer simulation, and hands-on exercises with industrial grade equipment.
