MAP - 359 Clinical Procedures II MAP - 359 Clinical Procedures II (6 s.h.) This course is a continuation of MAP - 353 Clinical Procedures I with emphasis on pharmacology, administration of medications, electrocardiography, principles of radiography, gerontology and collection and testing of laboratory specimens. Students are placed in a clinical setting for 1 semester hour of credit (45 clock hours) for application of theory and skills. If the student is taking course work for the medical assistant curriculum beyond a one-year period, this course should be taken during the final year of the curriculum.
