MFG-407 — Basic Die Making
MFG - 407 Basic Die Making MFG - 407 Basic Die Making (7 s.h.) This course is a continuation of MFG-411 Progressive Die Design with instruction and practice in building a progressive die. Emphasis is placed on the tool-building procedures and on fabricating dies. Instruction is given on the considerations involved in developing die components, such as calculation of die clearances, cutting forces, press tonnage requirements, and practice in building a complete functional die.
