ART100 — Exploring the Arts

3 credits · 3 hours

3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course is intended to be an introductory, interdisciplinary exposure to the visual, verbal, and performing arts. The basic elements of many art forms will be investigated, as well as concepts each form has in common with another. Distinctive characteristics of music, painting, sculpture, architecture, theatre, dance and photography will serve as focal points. The course is also available as MUS 100 and THA 100.
