BIO204 — Biotechnology II

4 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec., 3 Lab This is the second semester of a 2-semester sequence of courses in which students will become familiar with both the theory and skills used in biotechnology laboratories. This course will focus on techniques used to work with proteins. These techniques include purifying enzymes, analysis and assay, Western blots, mass spectrometry, and immunofluorescence.
