A complete coverage of small business operations with proper balance between entrepreneurship and small business management functions (planning, organizing, leading and controlling). Real world case studies are presented and analyzed to better relate the practical applications. Entrepreneurship will be explored and dissected to include how to determine the resources and tools needed to start a business, including how to develop a business plan.
