3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course will present a Current Events focus and overview of the rapidly changing supply chain and the business activities that support the flow of finished goods, production, and inventory management supplies, raw materials, packaging. These will be examined from the content of materials sourcing, transportation management, quality/regulatory compliance, 3rd & 4th Party facilitators, human and technical resources, facility, and network operational optimization and driven by the changing consumer behavior regarding past, present, and alternatives within their evolving lifestyle choices.
