CPS225 — Linux Operating System
3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course is an introduction to the LINUX operating system and is designed to demonstrate its wide variety of tools and functionality. Topics include creating and maintaining user accounts, using text editors, managing files and directories, archiving and compression, shell scripting, electronic mail, Apache web server and the concept of LAMP.
