ECE211 — Understanding Identity in Early Development
2 Cr. Per Week: 2 Lec. This course prepares early childhood educators to understand how identity develops in infants and young children and how responsive, inclusive caregiving supports healthy social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Participants will explore developmentally appropriate practices that honor children’s cultures, families, abilities, and experiences, aligned with CDA Competency Standards.
