ECE215 — Leadership Skills for Teachers
1 Cr. Per Week: 1 Lec. This course provides a study of leadership skills and trends in collaborating to improve teaching and learning in early childhood pre-school and daycare settings. It serves as an introduction to the skills one needs to become an effective school leader. Topics include exploring definitions of leadership, skills and knowledge needed by effective leaderships, and the creation of a personal model for leadership practices.
