3 Cr. Per Week: 3 Lec. This course examines the management activities involved in operating nurseries and garden centers. Topics include business planning, site layout and development, efficient operating and management practices, production, maintenance, seasonality, merchandising, pricing, sales strategies, marketing and advertising, managing employees and industry trends.
