HUS250 — Case Management and Service Coordination
1 Cr. Per Week: 1 Lec. This course introduces students to the principles and practices of case management and service coordination within human services settings. Emphasis is placed on identifying client needs, connecting individuals to appropriate resources, coordinating multidisciplinary services, and advocating for client access and equity. The course highlights real-world systems, ethical documentation, and collaborative practice, with attention to supporting adults who experience communication disorders and related functional challenges.
